Welcome to The Travel Agent Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, our training materials, digital products, or any services we offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree… well, you probably shouldn’t use the site. No hard feelings.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and customers.

1. Who We Are

The Travel Agent Academy is owned and operated by Janine Holley, co-owner of Medlife Holidays (Gouvon Ltd).

Registered in England & Wales.

Trading as The Travel Agent Academy for coaching, mentoring, training programmes, digital products, and online courses.

2. What We Provide

We offer:

  • Online courses, templates, and training programmes

  • Coaching, workshops, and educational content

  • Digital downloads (PDFs, templates, scripts, guides)

  • Memberships and subscription products

  • Private podcast episodes and supplementary materials

All content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee business results, earnings, success, or Olympic-level productivity. You’re responsible for the actions you take based on what you learn (but we cheer you on, obviously).

3. Intellectual Property

Everything you see or download on this site, including text, videos, training materials, templates, branding, designs, PDFs, graphics, and course content, belongs to us.

You can:

  • Use the content for your own personal learning and business growth

  • Download and save materials for your own use

You cannot:

  • Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce our content

  • Upload our materials elsewhere

  • Pretend you created it (we will notice)

  • Give access to anyone who didn’t pay

Basically: use it, love it, but don’t pirate it.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in GBP.

By purchasing any course, membership, or digital product, you agree that:

  • Payment must be made in full unless a payment plan is offered

  • You will complete all payments in a payment plan (no disappearing on instalment #2 please)

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via email or portal login

  • You are responsible for entering correct contact details at checkout

If payment fails, we reserve the right to pause your access until it’s sorted.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page:

  • Digital products, downloadable content, templates, and instant-access courses are non-refundable.

  • Coaching, live programmes, and membership fees are non-refundable unless covered by a statutory right.

Why? Because you receive the value immediately.

If you believe something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we’ll do our best to help — we’re humans, not robots.

6. User Accounts & Login Access

If you create an account to access training:

  • Keep your login details private

  • Don’t share your login with others

  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

  • We may suspend your account if we suspect misuse

We want to protect your investment and our content.

7. Student Conduct

By using our training or community spaces, you agree to:

  • Be respectful in all interactions

  • Not spam, promote, or try to sell your own services

  • Not behave in a way that disrupts other students’ experience

We reserve the right to remove anyone from any programme or platform if behaviour becomes inappropriate, abusive, or damaging to others.

8. Results Disclaimer

Just to keep things realistic:

We teach strategies, tools, systems, and methods that work when applied… but we can’t guarantee:

  • Income levels

  • Business success

  • Specific outcomes

  • How much effort you actually put in (sadly)

Results vary based on your experience, dedication, market conditions, and about 27 other things outside our control.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes

  • Try to hack, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer anything

  • Upload viruses, dodgy files, or anything suspicious

  • Interfere with the security or functioning of the site

We take security seriously - and so does our tech team.

10. Third-Party Links

Sometimes we link to useful tools, articles, or resources. We’re not responsible for:

  • The content on third-party websites

  • The accuracy of their information

  • Their actions or decisions

  • Their biscuits, unfortunately

Click external links at your own discretion

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of data

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

In short: we deliver great training, but we’re not financially responsible for how you run your business or what happens in your business.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make any big changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date. Keep an eye on it if you’re the organised type.
